Have you ever found yourself around dinnertime feeling a little hungry but not up to either making or eating a full meal? Try a quick shake instead– it’s delicious, easy, and can be quite nutritious. The tofu adds protein, the fresh fruit gives sugars and vitamins, as well as flavor, of course!
- 1/2 block silken tofu
- 1 mango
- handful fresh strawberries
- spices or sugar to taste
Break the tofu into chunks, peel and dice the mango, hull the strawberries, and combine it all in a blender with a little milk. Puree. Adjust the consistency by adding milk and stir in spices to taste. Enjoy your quick and nutritious dinner! You can naturally use whatever fruit you like, but I recommend choosing ones with a relatively smooth consistency.
