Daring Bakers: Baklava

I was both excited and a bit nervous to try this one. Homemade filo? Is that even possible? Well, yes, it is. Mine didn’t turn out quite as delicate as I had hoped, but it was a great first attempt and certainly not something I’d be afraid to try a second time. Yay!

Blog-checking lines: Erica of Erica’s Edibles was our host for the Daring Baker’s June challenge. Erica challenged us to be truly DARING by making homemade phyllo dough and then to use that homemade dough to make Baklava.
